  • After Shipment: Once the product has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, you may return the product after it is delivered by following the return process outlined below.

2. Return and Refund Policy

We offer a return policy on most products sold on our website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility:
    • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging, labels, and accessories.
    • The product must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
    • Certain products may not be eligible for return, including (but not limited to) software, downloadable products, and customized items. Please refer to the product description for specific return eligibility.
  • Return Process:

    • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the product.
    • You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective product).
  • Refunds:
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may require photos or videos of the damaged or defective product as proof.

  • Depending on the situation, we will offer a exchange, or full refund, including any shipping charges you incurred.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Products must be in original condition with tags attached.
  • Allow us 7 working days to deliver the exchange item
  • Exchanges are only allowed for the same product in case of damage or defect. If you want to exchange for a different product, you must return the original item and place a new order.

5. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Products that have been used, altered, or show signs of wear.
  • Downloadable software or digital products.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Products that are marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.

6. Additional Terms

  • After-Sales Service: After 7 days, only service-related support will be available.
  • Unpacking Video: An unpacking video is mandatory for opening the parcel for any type of claim.
  • Payment Refund: Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned parcel.
  • COD Orders: For COD orders, the courier charges must be paid before dispatch.
